All sales on commando bottoms are final and no returns will be accepted. We gladly accept returns of unworn commando tops and slips within 14 days of delivery. Please be sure to choose the correct size and color when purchasing these items. After all, would you like it if we sent you returned underwear?
We also gladly accept returns of takeouts™ and cleavage cupcakes™ within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
How to Return Merchandise
The item must be unworn with the original tags attached. Remember deodorant, make-up and perfume may leave marks & scents; please be careful when trying on the merchandise. Enclose a copy of your order and indicate whether you would like to exchange or return for a refund. Note the reason for return –your comments are important to us!

Refunds
We will refund your credit card within 5 days of receiving the return. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
Exchanges
Please clearly indicate the style, size and color you'd like. We are happy to send your exchange back with no additional shipping and handling charges.
Errors or Damaged Merchandise
Okay, we are not perfect. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please e-mail customerservice@herlook.com or call us at 800-506-6880 within 10 business days.
All orders (excluding backorders) placed by 2:00 p.m. E.S.T. will ship the same business day. See the map below for UPS ground delivery times. All delivery times are estimated; "days in transit" are business days (non-holidays Monday-Friday).
